Kovion CCTV doesn't use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or analytics. Everything it stores is needed for the app to work, so there's nothing to opt into or out of.

Kovion CCTV itself sets no cookies.
Local storage on your device
Instead of cookies, the app keeps a few things in your browser's storage. They never leave your device unless they're part of the app working, such as your viewer name being shown to the camera.

Removing it
Clear this site's data in your browser settings, or uninstall the app from your home screen. On iPhone, go to Settings → Apps → Safari → Advanced → Website Data.
